College basketball picks is going to select the North Texas Mean Green at a pick against the Troy Trojans from the finals of the Sun Belt Tournament. They tip off this contest at the Summit Arena in Hot Springs Arkansas at 7PM Eastern Time with national television coverage by ESPN2.

Troy has really struggled shooting the basketball hitting no better than 37.5% in their past three games. North Texas won their only meeting this season against Troy on the road with the 75-72 victory as a 5 1/2 point underdog.
